Challenge.

smartphoto goup, the innovative e-commerce company operating in 12 European countries, sells affordable, high-quality personalised products such as gifts, cards, photo books, photo calendars, prints and wall decoration.

After years of continuous growth in Belgium and across european markets, smartphoto wanted to take its first steps on marketplaces. This to increase their revenue as well as finding new ways to reach new consumers.

Our
Solution.

naYan helped smartphoto to onboard Amazon Marketplaced in France and in Germany, thanks to the customization program option available on the Amazon platform.

After launching the first products in France in September 2023, a couple weeks later we opened the German store

We adapted and optimised the products pages in order to be consistent with smartphoto’s brand identity, while making sure that the Amazon consumers would find the smartphoto products easily.

We also created additional content suc as A+ pages and a Brand Store.

Additionally we are running advertising campaigns to build awareness and reach new customers.

03.

The
Results.

After 3 months, during a highly competitive period (Q4!) we got the smartphoto stores up and running, optimised the content and started generating sales from day 1. 

Mugs, towels, kitchen accessories, backpacks…

We have also generated millions of impressions, making sure the smartphoto brand is well recognizable both in France and in Germany.

The future looks bright and we are working closely with the smartphoto teams to grow their business on marketplaces across Europe.
